Merchandise Return/Refund Policy:
You have 30 days to be eligible for an exchange or return / refund from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or return / refund, all merchandise must be complete, in its original unmarred packaging, have not been installed (if applicable) and not damaged or altered in any way.
Custom, sale or discounted merchandise is not eligible for exchange or refund nor are certain items (i.e. Torsion Springs, Logic Boards, etc.).
Returned merchandise must have a copy of the original order accompanying them.
If your purchase merchandise was shipped, all shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders with free shipping (if applicable) will have the actual shipping costs deducted.
It is up to you to decide how to ship the returned merchandise back to us. We highly recommend using a shipping method that is insured and trackable. We are not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost.
