I’m interested in this product, but I think I’ll need help installing it. Do you do that?

We sure do! With an experienced, in-house team of garage door technicians, we provide a full range of garage door services from maintenance to repairs and installation.

I think I might need a repair instead of a new product? Can you help?

We certainly can. If it’s related to your garage door, you can count on our expertise to help you identify what needs to be repaired and which part(s) should be used. And if you’d like, we can even take care of the repairs for you.

How can I pay?

You’ve got several options to choose from with our online checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Yup! Our store is located at 6161 6th Street SE, Calgary, AB, T2H 1L9.

When is your store open?

We’re open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM MST.

Where do you ship to?

We’re focused on serving Calgary and its surrounding neighbourhoods, so - at least at the moment - we only ship to addresses within the Calgary Metropolitan Region.

When will my order arrive?

We’ll always provide you with our best estimate of when your order will arrive and get your merchandise out for delivery as soon as we can.

Having said that, delivery speeds vary among products and manufacturers, and there can be delays due to factors beyond our control like product shortages or inclement weather, so we appreciate your patience!

My estimated arrival date has passed and I haven’t received my order. What happened?

Deliveries can sometimes be held up by hazardous weather or other unforeseen delivery disruptions. If it’s been a couple of days and you still haven’t received any updates on the status of your order, give us a call at (403) 366-7911 and we’d be happy to look into it for you.

My order was broken/defective when I received it! Help!

Oh no! If you find that something is wrong with one or more of the items in your order, get in touch with us and we’ll help you replace or refund the product(s).

I received the wrong order. What should I do?

That’s not okay - and we want to make it right. If you find that your order isn’t accurate, contact us right away and we’ll make sure you get the items you were expecting.

What's your return policy?

Sometimes you buy something and realize it wasn’t what you were looking for - it happens! That’s why we have a 30-day exchange or return/refund policy. Visit this page for full details.

Do you have a price guarantee?

We do! If you’ve bought something and notice that the item is available at a lower price within 10 days of your purchase, you can request a price adjustment by calling us at (403) 366-7911. Once approved, the difference will be provided to you in the form of a store credit for future purchases.

I’ve returned a product. Where’s my refund?

It can take up to 5 business days for returns to be processed and refunds to be sent out, so please be patient. If it’s been longer than that, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
