Where do you ship to?

We’re focused on serving Calgary and its surrounding neighbourhoods, so - at least at the moment - we only ship to addresses within the Calgary Metropolitan Region.


When will my order arrive?

We’ll always provide you with our best estimate of when your order will arrive and get your merchandise out for delivery as soon as we can.

Having said that, delivery speeds vary among products and manufacturers, and there can be delays due to factors beyond our control like product shortages or inclement weather, so we appreciate your patience!


My estimated arrival date has passed and I haven’t received my order. What happened?

Do you have a price guarantee?

We do! If you’ve bought something and notice that the item is available at a lower price within 10 days of your purchase, you can request a price adjustment by calling us at (403) 366-7911. Once approved, the difference will be provided to you in the form of a store credit for future purchases.


I’ve returned a product. Where’s my refund?

It can take up to 5 business days for returns to be processed and refunds to be sent out, so please be patient. If it’s been longer than that, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
