Our Light Duty Roll Up Doors Feature:

• Customizable Dimensions
  Available in widths and heights of 3’0” to 12’0” (customizable in 12” increments), each door has the flexibility to fit where it’s needed.
• Durable 26-Gauge Galvanized Steel Construction
  Each curtain and its guides are crafted from hot-dipped 26-gauge galvanized steel for strength and resilience.
• Smooth and Quiet Operation
  Self-lubricating wearstrips are applied to the curtain to reduce noise and prevent wear from metal-on-metal friction.
• 32 Durable Paint Options (see available colours)
  In your home or at your business, your doors will seamlessly blend in with the surrounding decor. Note: Coal Black Colour - Approx. cost (varies per sq/ft of door): approx. $11 per sq/ft of door (contact us if desired).
  
• Lock - Mini Latch (see lock)
  Standard zinc plated steel cover, slide and four attachment bolts are factory installed. Latch accepts all industry padlocks.
• Unmatched Rust Resistance
  Each door curtain receives a coat of paint on the outside and inside for maximum protection, plus a primed, heat-treated top coat of oven-baked silicone polyester.
• Form-Fitting Weatherstripping (Bottom)
  Fitted with a bulb-type bottom seal that closes off even irregular floors, your spaces stay dry and draft-free.
• A Heavy-duty Bottom Bar
  Roll-formed from reinforced galvanized steel and sealed with an acrylic coat, it delivers lasting weather resistance.
• Optional Top Draft Stop (Not Included). Approx. cost $12 per lineal foot (contact us if desired).
  
• Optional Side Seals (Not Included). Approx. cost $24 per lineal foot (contact us if desired).
• Optional Insulation (Not Included) made of foil-backed, dual layer polyethylene air-bubble insulation secured in place with a strong adhesive and joined by Mylar® film. Top and side draft stops are included with this option. Approx. cost (varies per sq/ft of door): approx. $19-29 per sq/ft of door (contact us if desired).
• Optional Crating of Door Package(s) (Not Included) for LTL Shipments (over and above typically packaging). Approx. cost $32 per lineal foot of door width (contact us if desired).

Our roll up doors are made-to-order, so it’s especially important that you double-check all measurements before ordering.

When Will My Roll Up Door(s) Arrive?

As custom, made-to-measure products, your doors will arrive approximately 6-8 weeks after you place your order.
